I am proud of the family I was born into, married into, and the name I continue to make for myself - so I decided not to take away from my name but added to it, instead.
I have a PhD in being #PHG.​

My team calls me "The Machine", but I have also been called a force of nature, a mastermind, and my personal favorite since it still makes me laugh... an evil genius.

That mindset is grounded in experience.

I’ve provided professional accounting, operational, and QuickBooks® services since 2000, with intentional focus on nonprofits and mission-driven organizations, alongside a diverse range of small businesses.
Over the course of my career, I spent more than 15 years with an established financial firm, supporting clients across the full business lifecycle—from startup formation and accounting systems to financial analysis, operational efficiency, and reporting compliance. I also held leadership roles within the firm, gaining firsthand experience in firm operations, client delivery, and strategic decision-making.
That experience shaped a clear vision: to flip the page to a new chapter by building a firm intentionally designed not only to serve clients well, but to operate as a trusted partner within a broader professional ecosystem.
PageFlips was established in 2020 as the evolution of that work. In 2022, PageFlips became a full-time independent practice, expanding its team, partnerships, visibility, and national reach.

TECH SUPPORT ACCOUNTS MANAGER
After years of learning from a nationally recognized expert in nonprofit accounting and the QuickBooks® platform, Paige was invited to join the QuickBooks® Made Easy™ for Nonprofits team in 2018 and still provides value as a Tech Support Accounts Manager.
In this role, she brings together deep program expertise with a strong foundation in accounting, compliance, and reporting principles specific to nonprofits. Her work focuses on training organizations to configure and use their systems to meet real-world needs — informed by hands-on experience across a wide range of nonprofit models and ongoing collaboration with a CPA and auditor as standards and tools continue to evolve.
CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
Before narrowing her focus, Paige spent more than a decade in leadership roles at a mid-sized professional services firm, progressing from hands-on management into executive operations.
That experience shapes how she supports clients and partners today. Having overseen people, processes, systems, and risk at scale — both internally and in support of client engagements — she brings an operational perspective that bridges strategy and execution, with a clear understanding of how financial decisions play out in real organizations, for real people, under real constraints.
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Many years of experience with a national nonprofit group provided comprehensive exposure to a wide range of affiliated organizations.
From formation and exemption through operational setup, financial management, and ongoing regulatory, compliance, and reporting requirements, Paige supported the full nonprofit lifecycle.
That experience continues to inform how we support nonprofit organizations today, grounding our guidance in real-world complexity and a clear understanding of regulatory compliance.

Today’s young adults are tomorrow’s leaders – and we believe that we are ALL better together! Putting love into action, Paige founded The FLIP Group Inc., a group of like-minded community leaders and professional mentors willing to support, equip, and empower young adults by teaching both practical life AND life mastery skills.

While Paige has no plans to open a Coaching-only practice, she does integrate the concepts and skills learned during this training to be a better US for YOU!
